Cyclone Pat developing off Cook Islands

The cyclone season continues with Cyclone Pat hot on the heels of last week's devastating Cyclone Oli. The weather system is now south of the island of Manihiki in the northern island group of the Cook Islands, and is moving east-south-eastwards.
