Pacific anti-doping expertise to assist Vancouver Games

The Oceania National Olympic Committee is sending two anti-doping control officers from Fiji to Vancouver to assist with testing and education programs as part of the Winter Games and Winter Paralympic Games.

Natanya Potoi, administrator for the Oceania Regional Anti-Doping Organisation, is responsble for a number of education programs and last week held a workshop for regional doping control officers in Suva.

She details the extent of the drug problem in sport in the Pacific.
