Australian Youth Ambassador tackles mental illness stigma

Depression, anxiety and other mental health issues often don't get the attention they deserve, but for one young Australian who spent time in Fiji with the Australian Youth Ambassadors program, Mental Health Week was the highlight of her stay.

Fabia Lonquist studied communications and international relations at university, and while she was in Suva was attached to the World Health Organisation. In the last part of our series on Australia's young ambassadors, she spoke to Jemima Garrett about Fiji's Mental Health Week and the issues she found most moving.
