PNG University 'misspent' New Zealand aid funds

The Timber and Forestry Training College at Lae University of Technology in Papua New Guinea has been accused of mis-spending thousands of dollars worth of aid funding from New Zealand. New Zealand Aid gave $US15,000 towards building a female student dormitory at the college, but that's not what it's been spent on.
