Alotau hosts annual PNG-Australia talks

Australia's Foreign Affairs Minister Stephen Smith is travelling to Papua New Guinea today for annual talks between the two governments.
At the top of the agenda is Australia's aid program, after a joint review recently recommended a major overhaul of the way it is delivered.
Local reports say the PNG government is expected to sign an agreement allowing citizens to take part in Australia's Pacific Seasonal Worker Pilot Scheme.
