Marshall Islanders accuse US of discrimination

A group of Marshall Islanders have filed a suit in Hawaii in an attempt to block the state from cutting back medical services to islander residents saying it is discriminatory and violates the United States Constitution.
Facing a multi-million dollar deficit in July, Hawaii's government implemented a plan for 7,500 residents from compact states called 'Basic Health Hawaii'. The plan cuts back on eligibility for cancer and dialysis treatment - two medical services in high demand amongst Pacific islanders.
