PNG locals 'not surprised' by another plane crash

Local media in Papua New Guinea say police have not ruled out a technical fault causing the Misima plane crash after witnesses reported seeing flames coming from the plane as it attempted to land.
Papua New Guinea correspondent Liam Fox reports on the range of developments regarding the crash including the chequered record of Trans Air, its Australian link and near-namesake Transair, nd the problems in any formal investigation into the crash.
