Forum Ministers considers trade boost measures

Just about everybody seems to be running off to Tonga at the moment.
For the last couple of days Trade Ministers from Pacific Forum countries have been meeting in Vava'u.
They're looking at improving trade for the small island states and improving their access to markets in New Zealand and Australia.
