Samoan PM says Fiji's 2014 election won't happen

Samoa's prime minister doesn't believe scheduled election in Fiji in two years time will actually happen.
Tuilaepa Sailele says the vote, announced by coup installed military leader Frank Bainimarama, is an empty promise.
He says Pacific nations should oppose what's happening in Fiji, otherwise military involvement in politics could become contagious.
Tuilaepa says it's clear to him that Commodore Bainimarama is not serious about returning Fiji to democracy.
