Cambodian prime minister Hun Sen has escalated his long-running dispute with the country's UN human rights envoy, Yash Ghai.
Cambodia has made a formal complaint to the UN Secretary General over what he said was Professor Ghai's arrogant behaviour during a recent ten day visit.
During the visit Professor Ghai took part in a public rally demanding social justice reforms in Cambodia.
He called the judiciary a perversity and predicted Cambodians would eventually rise up against the government.
Hun Sen says the UN should not be issuing negative human rights reports against Cambodia - or even Burma for that matter.
He's labelled Professor Ghai a trouble-maker, a human rights tourist and says anyone who supports his reports is the vilest person.
Son Chhay (Son CHai) is an MP the opposition Sam Rainsy party is the chairperson of the parliamentary foreign affairs committee.
I asked him what's driving Hun Sen's animosity against the UN envoy.
