Updated January 25, 2008 20:48:56

The tiny Himalayan nation of Bhutan was rocked by a series of bomb blasts this week, with police blaming militant groups allied to ethnic Nepali refugees from Bhutan who're living across the border in Nepal. Presenter: Joanna McCarthy
Speakers: G Devarajan, National Secretary of All India Forward Bloc and Convenor of the Indian Bhutan Peoples' Solidarity Forum; Menakshi Gangooly from Human Rights Watch
