Former Australian Foreign Minister says Taiwan 'bribing' Pacific

Australia's previous Foreign Minister, Alexander Downer, says Taiwan has been paying political bribes in the South Pacific; and says Taiwan's President-elect, Ma Ying-Jeou, has promised him that the new government will stop "dollar diplomacy" in the Pacific.
