Australian PM defies China by raising Tibet rights issues

Kevin Rudd's visit is stirring up a diplomatic storm over his very public comments on human rights in Tibet. That's angered his Chinese hosts but the PM has repeated his concerns to students at Beijing University, becoming the first western leader to deliver a speech in Manadarin.
