Forum confirms Urwin's Resignation.

The Pacific Islands Forum has confirmed Secretary General Greg Urwin has resigned.Mr Urwin has been the head of the Forum since 2003, and is the first Australian to hold the top job in the regional body.
Mr Urwin resigns after four and a half years in the position, and halfway through his second three year term.Mr Urwin is still on leave in Australia, and it's understood to be recovering from major heart surgery conducted earlier this year.
