Greenpeace has discovered a pirate tuna fishing vessel in a pocket of international waters between Papua New Guinea and the Federated States of Micronesia. The illegal boat, along with a sister vessel and a refrigerated mothership used for transhipping fish at sea, were found by activists aboard the Greepeace ship, Esperanza.
