For many Pacific islanders, New Zealand is regarded as the land of employment and opportunity. Whether they're allowed in to make the most of those opportunities,depends on New Zealand's Immigration service, in particular the Pacific division which was set up in 2005.But today, that division is under fire and under investigation.Staff members are accused of corruption, bribery and theft and the head of the entire immigration service has been forced to resign.
