Guam is beginning to feel the full impact of rising international fuel costs with power bills set to rise by ten percent in June. Art Perez, the Public Information Officer for the Guam Power Authority says the costs of fuel shipments to Guam have skyrocketed, rising by five and half million US dollars in just three months.
