Ramsi assists prison upgrade

The Solomon Islands prison service has come a long way since the Regional Assistance Mission led by Australia intervened in 2003. The outdated colonial prisons services act has since been replaced, there's an ongoing capacity building for the local staff and the re-development of provincial prisons.
