Fresh warnings on famine in North Korea

A human rights group based in Seoul, has released a video containing testimonies of highly influencial North Koreans in an effort to highlight the urgent need for food aid to be flown into the county.
The group says from evidence gathered, North Korea is on the brink of a famine. The last famine in the 1990s killed as many as 3 million people.
