Somare's loses appeal to stop probe into his personal finances

PNG's Prime Minister has been referred to the Public Prosecutor by the Ombudsman. Earlier this week Sir Michael Somare lost a bid to stop the watchdog from investigating his personal finances. The court ruled Sir Michael had failed to present strong enough evidence to warrant an injunction.
