Draft blueprint on climate change released in Australia

In Canberra today Professor Ross Garnaut, outlined the findings of his review into the affect of Climate Change on Australia. In the Pacific, Australia's reponse to the issue has been closely watched. There will be a lot of interest in what Professor Garnaut recomends and also how Australia's government reacts.
