Fiji still to decide on participation in Ministerial meeting

The Spokesman for the Fiji interim government Major Neumi Leweni says Fiji is still considering its position on the upcoming Forum Ministerial Contact group meeting. The Chairman for the Forum Doctor Fred Sevele has told Pacific Beat that the date for the Forum Contact group meeting is scheduled for the 15th July. However, Major Leweni says he can't confirm at this stage if Fiji will take part in the Ministerial meeting because of the recent decision to suspend participation in the Fiji Forum working group.
