Garbage piles up in strees of Mt Hagen

A dispute over the collection of rates in the Papua New Guinea town of Mt Hagen has left residents in the stink, literally. Garbage has not been collected for six months in the country's third largest city and as a result rubbish has been piling up in the streets. The filth and stink of the garbage is making locals and visitors sick.
