Solomon Islands Minister denies claims

The Solomon Islands Environment Minister Gordon Darcy Lilo has denied allegations that he was responsible for the failure of a multi-million dollar school computer project. Opposition Leader, Manasseh Sogavare claims Mr Lilo influenced the tender board on the project when he was Finance Minster in 2007. Mr Sogavare says that nearly all the schools listed to benefit under the Chinese funded project are yet to receive their computers. But Mr Lilo denies he influenced the tender process.
