Fiji activist questions govt commitment to elections

A well-known Fiji NGO activist says she's not sure if the interim government is actually serious about holding elections at all. Former Fiji Human Rights Commissioner and head of the Fiji Womens Crisis Center, Shamima Ali, says the interim prime minister's announcement there will no elections next year is not really a surprise. But she says the news will mean many people in Fiji will feel betrayed.
