Maoists pull out of Nepali government

Nepal has elected its first president, but the election of Ram Baran Yadav has caused controversy.
The Maoists, the largest party in the Constituent Assembly, saw their candidate rejected and have said they're not going to form government. Now the President's party, the Nepali Congress Party, have said they're not interested in forming government either.
