Philippines suffering scientific 'brain drain'

Filipino scientists are looking for the good life, and leaving their home country.
While they send money home, this brain drain is affecting the environment and human safety as well as the economy. International Labour Organization statistics show just over 10 percent of Filipino graduates are employed at home, while over 40 percent are working overseas.
