In Cambodia royalist Funcinpec Party, has been largely sidelined by an internal split with the exiled Prince Norodom Ranariddh breaking out on his own, this could pave the way for a strong outcome by the main opposition party, the Sam Rainsy Party.
While the ruling Cambodia People's Party and its dominating leader, Hun Sen, is expected to be returned to office with an increased majority .. it is likely to face an opposition ranks that's stronger than ever.
