China blocks internet access for foreign media

Updated July 31, 2008 10:19:03

Foreign journalists who were promised full media freedom now find their internet access blocked to key world news and human rights websites. Just two weeks ago, the International Olympic Committee was insisting there would be no internet censorship during the Games. Now it's vowing to take up the matter with Chinese authorities.
