Forum leaders arrive in Niue for summit

Regional leaders are gathering in Niue for this year's Pacific Islands Forum. Australia's new seasonal workers scheme, climate change and especially, Fiji, will be figuring prominently in the talks of the next few days. Fiji's interim prime minister, Frank Bainimarama, has announced a boycott of the meeting -- a decision roundly condemned by both Australia and New Zealand.
