Acehnese win right to sue Exxon Mobil

Eleven Acehnese villagers are accusing armed forces on the payroll of the Indonesian subsidiary of the American oil giant Exxon Mobil of carrying out killings and torture.
Now a court in the United States has found Exxon Mobil Corporation and its subsidiary in Jakarta, will have to face the villagers in a lawsuit.
