Mechancial failure contributing factor in Fiji bus crash

RAIn Fiji initial inquiries into Friday's fatal bus crash have found that mechanical failture was a contributing factor. Interim Minister for Transport Timoci Natuva says witnesses say the bus driver had been having difficulty changing gears and controlling the bus and had black smoke pouring out of it for some kilometres before turning over in a ditch. The Australian Federal Police has sent a team of foresic experts to help in the investigation. Ten people died and four others remain in hospital.
