Question over status of rugby tests

The International Rugby Board is reportedly questioning the official status of today's test between the All Blacks and Manu Samoa. Although Samoa is the twelth best team in the IRB's official rankings, and even shares one-third of it's players with the world's number one team, they have only ever met in four Tests -- the last being in 2001.
