Air Vanuatu expands its services

At a time when major airlines around the world are cutting services, there's some positive news from a minnow in the aviation industry. Air Vanuatu is introducing a second weekly flight direct from Melbourne to Port Vila. The new flights will operate every Sunday from 7th December 2008. Air Vanuatu Manager Australia, Malcolm Pryor, says the introduction of direct Melbourne services earlier this year has delivered encouraging results.
