Fiji waits high court coup ruling

This morning in Fiji, the country's Supreme Court will hand down its judgement on whether the December 2006 coup was legal. The legality of the military's action in overthrowing the island nation's democratically elected government, and then backing an interim government, has been questioned by the man removed from the country's top office, former Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase.
