Updated October 13, 2008 11:39:27

Australian sporting officials will soon sit down with their Fijian counterparts to take the next step in developing sport for disabled people in the Pacific nation.
The program which has been running for some time was outlined by several of the Australians involved in the program to a group of advocates for disabled people in the Pacific 0including some with disabilities at the Australian Sports Commission in Canberra. The program is now aimed more at including disabled people and their activities at a grassroots level with national sporting associations.
