Chief Minister denies 'failed state' claim by Minister

Norfolk Island's Chief Minister, Andre Nobbs, denies claims by the Australian federal minister in charge of the territory that it could become a failed state. Home Affairs Minister Bob Debus wants to change the island's tax-exempt status, and says past reports show it could become insolvent. But Norfolk island's Chief Minister, Andre Nobbs, says the minister's predictions of it becomeing a "failed state" are wide of the mark.
