How do I listen to your MP3s?

Make sure you have installed the latest free versions of Adobe Flash Player and Apple QuickTime.

To listen to an MP3 click on any link flagged by the MP3 icon: .

A small MP3 player window will launch which will enable you to control the playing of the audio as well as giving you the option to download the MP3 file for later listening on your computer.

Alternatively you can download the MP3 file directly to your computer by clicking any MP3 link with your right mouse button and selecting "Save Target As...".

How do I watch your videos?

Make sure you have installed the latest free versions of Adobe Flash Player and Apple QuickTime.

If a web page has a news feed it will often be flagged with an RSS icon like this:

If you prefer you can download freely available RSS Reader software or use an online RSS service. Other common names for an RSS reader are web feed readers or aggregators.

To subscribe to an news feed, copy the URL of the link provided and paste it into your RSS reader. Follow the instructions for your particular RSS reader.
