Hunter wins second swim medal for Samoa

Samoa's Emma Hunter has won another medal for her country - this time a silver in the five kilometre ocean swim.

Hunter made history early in the Games, winning bronze in the women's 400 metre freestyle - the first Samoan woman to win a medal in swimming.

The ocean swim was the final of the swimming events at the Games and Hunter finished behind New Caledonia's Lara Grangeon and Melanie Carpin.

Swimmers battled choppy seas, rain and thunder during the race.
